Booking
Conditions:
a. Payment of exactly 50% of the daily per hunter
rate will confirm your hunt.
b. The remainder of the daily fees will be payable 30
days prior to your arrival by bank transfer at currant
exchange rates, we do not accept any personal or
cashiers cheques.
c. In the unfortunate case of a cancellation in less
than 4 months prior to your hunt, 50% of the whole
package rate will be non-refundable, unless the safari
can be re-booked at a later date.
d. We accept travelers checks and/ or cash in US$ /
Euro/ ZAR for the final payment at currant exchange
rates.
e. All the Trophy fees for animals harvested during your
hunt and other additional expenses will be payable on
the day of departure from the ranch.
f. All animals wounded and not found are accepted as
taken and therefore paid in full.
